• Where is the store based?

• With the Covid-19 situation, will my orders take longer to arrive?

  As we are located in Singapore, significant delays can be expected in shipping regardless of what carrier we use. :(

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Singapore: 2-5 days
  International: 2-5 weeks (hopefully earlier rather than later)

• Do you offer Tracked Shipping?

  Yes, we do.

  However, as we are based in Singapore, the tracking offered by Singpost is not the most comprehensive.

• Why are your prices on the Storenvy Marketplace odd numbers?

  The prices on the Marketplace are marked up with Storenvy's fees, in order to help them pay for their service.

• Do you offer free shipping?

  We do not offer free shipping, as we would have to factor the shipping into the price of the item and the customer ends up paying more on multiple item purchases. On any purchase of small items you will be charged a fixed rate for shipping, regardless of how many you buy.

  However, if you buy items across multiple shipping groups and are automatically charged more in shipping costs, we will refund you the difference.

• If I am from Singapore, are there other payment options?

  Yes, we accept Bank Transfer and PayNow. Please message our facebook page to arrange this, the price charged in SGD will be lower than that of the USD on the storenvy store as well!

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

• What if something is wrong with my order?

  If you have a problem with an order from this store, please contact the store directly, either through the Contact page or through your Storenvy account settings page.
